The Aesthetic Lounge

The Aesthetic Lounge policies 1. Each appointment is scheduled out for the allotted time needed for your waxer. The Aesthetic Lounge LLC must charge a cancellation or no-show fee for any missed or late-cancelled appointment. 2. If you cancel or RESCHEDULE your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time The Aesthetic Lounge LLC will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the cost of services to the card on file. 3. If you are 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and The Aesthetic Lounge LLC will charge your card 50% of the cost of service(s) booked to your card on file. 4. If you miss your appointment without cancelling prior to your scheduled appointment time (no call-no show), The Aesthetic Lounge LLC will charge a fee of 50% of the cost of service(s) booked to the card on file. If your card is not listed on file, you will be sent an invoice and banned to book online unless you pay the invoice sent to you. 5. If you accrue multiple no-shows and/or late cancellations you will be permanently banned from booking. Multiple no show/late cancellations will no longer be tolerated. 6. Clients who’s card on file declines after being charged a late cancellation or no show fee, will be sent an invoice to pay and client will be banned from booking online with The Aesthetic Lounge LLC until paying their invoice. The Aesthetic Lounge LLC may also continue to charge the card on file until it goes through for owed cancellation fees. 7. At The Aesthetic Lounge LLC we ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat or congestion or have been in contact with someone who is sick to please contact us to reschedule your appointment. The Aesthetic Lounge LLC reserves the right to refuse services to clients who are sick or sound congested/are coughing.
